Terms of Service

The short version: build and run legitimate apps; don't use cubek to hurt people or the platform. Free is free and has no SLA. Custom plans run on a signed agreement. If you break these rules we can suspend your apps. You can delete your account at any time.

cubek is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], tax ID [TAX ID] ("cubek", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@cubek.dev.

These terms apply to cubek.dev, the console, the API, the CLI, the MCP server and the apps we host ("the service"). By signing in you accept them. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

• You sign in with Google or GitHub. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
• One person per account. Keep your sign-ins and API tokens safe: what is done with them, including by AI agents you give them to, is done on your behalf.
• We may hold new sign-ups on a waitlist.

Free. A generous free tier with published limits (see Pricing and the docs). The limits are enforced automatically: past them, requests are slowed or refused. One free organization per account; invite your team into it. Free comes as is, with no SLA and no guaranteed support. We may change Free limits; we announce reductions on cubek.dev in advance.

Custom. Limits, price, support and any SLA are set in a separate written agreement. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins. Contact us.

Do not use cubek to:

• phish, impersonate others, or collect credentials or payment details under false pretenses;
• host or distribute malware, or run botnets or command-and-control servers;
• send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
• host or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material and content that infringes others' rights;
• mine cryptocurrency;
• abuse the free tier, for example by creating several accounts or organizations to multiply its limits;
• circumvent limits, quotas, isolation, suspensions or other security measures;
• attack, scan or overload cubek, other customers or third parties, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

You are responsible for your apps and for what their users do with them.

Report abuse to hello@cubek.dev with the subject "abuse" and the URL involved.

We may suspend an app, an organization or an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk. When we can, we warn you first; for serious abuse we act immediately.

A suspended app answers HTTP 451 on every address, runs nothing (scheduled tasks wait) and refuses deploys and changes. Its data is kept. The owner sees "suspended: contact hello@cubek.dev"; write to us to resolve it. A suspended account or organization cannot be deleted by self-service while the suspension lasts.

You can leave at any time: cubek account delete --yes, or the Account page in the console. What is deleted and when is in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service for an account after repeated or serious violations.

Your code and data stay yours. You give us only the rights needed to host, run, store, back up and serve them for you. When your apps process personal data of their users, you are the controller and we are your processor: the Data Processing Terms apply.

We change cubek often and may add, change or remove features. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose: point-in-time recovery and backups help, but are not a guarantee.

The service, and Free in particular, is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

We publish changes on this page with a new date. We tell account holders about material changes in advance, in the console or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] decide disputes, without removing any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where you live.
